One of the biggest changes I made in my eating lifestyle was removing any and all dairy products from my lifestyle. Many would call this a Dairy Free Diet. I use lifestyle instead of “Diet” since a Diet signifies that this is some kind of special way of eating. Eating healthy is a lifestyle and requires dedication to a certain way of living while possessing a “Die Trying” attitude. This is a key mental change and distinction you must fixate in your mind in order to become fully inherited. Living a lifestyle free of Dairy means that we will be staying away from the following items:
- Cow’s Milk (Nature’s perfect food (Only if you’re a calf!))

Milk Does A Body Good… - Cottage Cheese
- Cream Cheese
- Evaporated Milk
- Gelato
- Lassi
- Cheese
- Yogurt
- Butter (If you must have butter then make sure it is from grass fed cows)
- Chai
- Whey Protein
Keep in mind, any change and new habit takes only 30 days of continuous dedication to the new change before it becomes a natural habit in your daily lifestyle. Just as Will Smith has been quoted as saying “You don’t go out and say I’m going to build the biggest wall on Earth. You don’t do that. You begin by saying I’m going to lay this brick, and each brick after, in the most detailed manner and will not stop until I have the most amazing wall on Earth. It will take this type of dedication to really cut through to your true self. Deep down inside you want to live the healthy lifestyle and do without things if it gets you closer to your goal. Let’s dedicated ourselves to being the best version of our self that we can be while continuously following a healthy lifestyle like adding premium oil to our engine rather than the average and old oil we used to feed our engine. Let’s start by looking at what we will be healthier without:
- Ice Cream
- Cream in our Coffee
- Whey Protein
- Gelato
- Grilled Cheese Sandwich
- Pizza
- Cheese Nachos
- Cheese Quesadillas

In my experience, the removal of Dairy products from my lifestyle has resulted in a much clearer head and less bloating. Oddly enough, in the year and a half that I have removed Dairy from my lifestyle it has results in me not getting any kind of sickness this whole time. I used to have the most sensitive immune system out of anybody I knew. If someone in my office, house, or near me were sick then there would be no doubt I would get sick right after. Once I subtraced Dairy from my eating habits I had noticed that I had not gotten sick since converting to a Dairy Free lifestyle. We were never intended to drink milk that was, and still is, reserved for the Cows’ Calves.
