I’ve been a loyal C4 user for the past two years but recently my supply went dry and my cousin came in at the perfect time to give me a half bottle of MAN’s Game Day pre-workout supplement.
I tried it the first day and felt great. I took one serving after eating a few pieces of fruit and getting in the gym 30 minutes later. I was lifting just as much as before, had energy, and didn’t have the feeling that C4 gave me which was like having spiders crawling under my skin due to the intensity of the pre-workout. I was sold on the product the first day but when it came to the second day and all days after that it didn’t have the same effect on me and started to give me a bloated feeling 30 minutes into my day 2 workout. It also made my mouth immediately dry which continued throughout my workout leading me to drink a lot more water than usual. Since I was drinking more water than usual it made me even more bloated and my work out uncomfortable. Since I was getting dehydrated very quickly it made me tired and wanting to cut my workout short. It didn’t provide any extra strength as I took it for 2 weeks straight, 5 days a week, and never experienced any gains in the amount of weight I was able to lift. Since this was a new product, I decided to breakdown the ingredients in scientific terms first and translated into normal English at the end. Enjoy:

Other Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, Natrual and Artificial Fruit Punch, Soy Lecithin, FD&C RED #4, Sucralose.
INSTANT NITRIC OXIDE STIMULATOR BLEND:
GLYCEROL MONOSTEARATE = Occurs naturally in the body as a by-product of the breakdown of fats, and is also found in fatty foods. Stimulates growth and increases overall energy levels.
GLYCOCARN® = Helps to enhance blood flow to muscles and vital organs of the body, especially the heart. Providea aerobic power, thereby supporting increased stamina, endurance, and recovery.
GLYCINE PROPIONYL-L-CARNITINE HCL = Increases blood levels of nitrate/nitrite (a surrogate marker of nitric oxide; not a direct measure of nitric oxide)
PURE PF3 (SERUM PROTEIN ISOLATE) = Better Recovery, faster gains, more lean muscle, more strength
L-NORVALINE = Slowing down the flow of nutrients therefore allowing super
assimilation, absorption, and massive spike in bio–availaibity of the protein molecules. Slower digestion allows the amino acids to stay in the bloodstream for a longer period of time and reduces the body’s need to break down lean muscle tissue for physiological processes aka catabolic state. The common heavy stomach, bloated belly, or even gassy aftermath of your average protein powder is no where to beseen in Pure PF3.
RUTACAERPINE = Rutacaerpine can increase body temperature and circulation, while helping your body burn more fat (thereby increasing your energy).
IR ENERGY BLEND:
CAFFEINE (AS ANHYDROUS) = The powdered form of caffeine, a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant that reportedly prevents drowsiness and fatigue.
DENDROBIUM ALKALOIDS = Delivers steady and sustained energy levels and improved mental focus.
RAUWOLSCINE = A central nervous system stimulant, a local anesthetic and a vague aphrodisiac.
BLACK TEA (20% THEAFLAVINS) = Proven to help with recovery rates and reduction of stress as a result of the oxidative process during and after exercise.
L-TYROSINE (AS N-ACETYL-L-TRYOSINE) = N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine supports brain function by improving the synthesis of the catecholamines, norepinephrine and dopamine.
Other Ingredients:
Maltodextrin = Processed and it’s not the healthiest thing to put in our bodies, at least we know it’s made from real food, not some nasty chemicals. Wheat-derived maltodextrin may cause concern for individuals suffering from gluten intolerance.
Natural and Artificial Fruit Punch = So, both artificial and natural flavors contain chemicals. The distinction between natural and artificial flavorings is the SOURCE of chemicals. Natural flavors come from anything that can be eaten (i.e animals and vegetables). Artificial flavors come from anything that is inedible (i.e petroleum).
Soy Lecithin = Contains genetically modified soy. (Kills this product) Causes pancreatic cellular changes.
FD&C RED #4 = Causes chest heaviness
Sucralose = An artificial sweetener.
